The ferry in between Sankt Goarshausen and Sankt Goar will run daily until the end of the respective event. Thus, ferry traffic will happen daily (Friday – Sunday) til 12.30 am.

12. What`s up with garbage disposal?

The whole Loreley plateau is part of the UNESCO world heritage and a nature preserve – and therefore a rather special area. We`re striving to preserve the beauty of this area with the help of all visitors. Just like at many other festivals, we collect a garbage deposit from you upon your arrival. I.e.: 10 € per person, and in return you get a garbage bag. The return of the stuffed garbage bags (they have to be at least ¾ full) happens on Sunday between 8 am and noon at the shown collecting points, and then you will get your 10 € back. Additional garbage can be dropped off at the collecting points anytime. Thank you for your support!
